Denor Homewares Security Policy
Denor Homewares uses the PayPal Payment Gateway for its online credit card payment transactions.

Denor Homewares Delivery Policy
After ordering online, you will receive an Order Invoice from Denor Homewares email and if youve paid by PayPal online you will also receive from confirmation email from PayPal containing your order details.
We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering with the above mentioned email(s).
Once full payment has been received, we will attempt to send your goods via Australia Post within three (3) working days; however if goods are unavailable, delivery will take a little longer.
If there is a delay in some or all of your goods being delivered you will be notified.
If you wish to query a delivery please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org please include the order number from your email invoice plus a description of the goods and your address for all correspondence and valid email address or daytime contact phone number which ever is your preferred contact option.
Many of the products available for purchase online are by their nature very fragile.
We endeavour to package all products so as to arrive safely and intact to you.
If you are unsure that the goods will arrive safely, we suggest that you select the Store Pickup rather than the Post option for delivery when paying for your goods.
We will hold the goods in-store at no charge to you for up to 4 weeks from the invoice date ready for you to collect.

Denor Homewares Refund and Returns Policy

You are entitled to choose a Refund Or Exchange if the products you purchased are,
* Unfit for the products' intended purpose,
* Significantly different to those shown or described to you.
In order to obtain a refund the product must be returned to the store within 7 days (or 14 days - if purchased on a Denor Homewares Web Site) and you must provide proof of purchase (Store Receipt or Order / Invoice from the Web Site).
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org (or call us on 03 5976 8868 during trading hours see our contact page) within the relevant time frame (7 or 14 days for a refund) if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.
If proof of purchase is not provided or the return is beyond 7 (or 14 days in the case of the Web Site) to a maximum of 90 days, an Exchange or Credit Note will be given.
This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition and original packaging. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the Customer.
If upon receiving your purchase you have a change of mind within 7 days of the invoice date, please contact us directly by email at email@example.com or on 03 5976 8868 and we will assist you in any way we can provided the product is in original condition and all original packaging is complete.
Any product returned as faulty or under warranty will have to be inspected by our supplier before a refund, credit or exchange is issued.
We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. Any products returned COD will not be accepted. You assume any risk of loss, theft or damaged goods during return or warranty returns transit and therefore we advise you to take out shipment registration and/or insurance with your postal carrier. Denor Homewares will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit.
Alternatively you may elect to bring the product (and proof of purchase documentation) to us in person at Denor Homewares Mornington, Shop 3 / 26 McLaren Place Mornington 3931, Victoria during trading hours.
We will endeavour to process any claims as soon as possible upon receipt of the products.
