The
Denor Homewares Loyalty Club is operated by Denor Homewares ABN
60 945 363 736
Each member of the Denor Homewares Loyalty Club is bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Each application for membership of
the Denor Homewares Loyalty Club is subject to acceptance by Denor Homewares in its absolute
discretion.

Denor Homewares Loyalty
Club membership is only
activated on receipt by Denor Homewares of a fully completed and signed
application form.

Individuals can apply for
Denor Homewares Loyalty
Club membership to accumulate points and thus automatically move to
higher levels of discount.
-
Corporations, partnerships, trusts and other
entities are eligible to participate in the Denor Homewares Loyalty Club.
These members receive a substantial fixed level discount.

A Denor Homewares Loyalty Club member may only hold one
Denor Homewares Loyalty
Club Card. Club membership and cards
can be held
jointly, however this is limited to Husband/Wife or Life Partner
couples.

Employees of
Denor Homewares
are not eligible
to participate in the
Denor Homewares Loyalty
Club.

One point will be earned for every
whole dollar spent at participating
Denor Homewares
stores, or
Denor Homewares
online on
Eligible Purchases.
Denor Homewares
may also offer bonus Points from time to
time on terms set by
Denor Homewares
in its absolute discretion.

Denor Homewares Loyalty
Club Points will be earned with
every Eligible Purchase made at any participating
Denor Homewares
store on
presentation of a
Denor Homewares Loyalty
Club Card, or at
Denor Homewares
online on entry of a
Denor Homewares Loyalty
Club Card number and password details, subject to terms set by
Denor Homewares from time to time at its absolute discretion.

Denor Homewares Loyalty members who
present at a participating Denor Homewares store without their Denor
Homewares Loyalty Club card can still obtain
use of their loyalty membership if they are registered in the stores
computer systems as a current Denor Homewares Loyalty Club
member.

A
current Denor Homewares Loyalty
Club Card must be held and valid
Denor Homewares Loyalty
Club Card number and password details entered at
Denor Homewares
online store at the time of sale for
Denor Homewares Loyalty
Club Points to be earned.

Denor Homewares Loyalty
Club Points will be allocated
to the
Denor Homewares Loyalty
Club member account within 24 hours after each Eligible
Purchase, subject to specific promotion terms and system
availability.

Denor Homewares Loyalty
Club Points cannot be
transferred.

Denor Homewares Loyalty Club points cannot be
redeemed and used to purchase goods.

Active Denor Homewares Loyalty Club members will
receive Denor Homewares Loyalty Club
points balances when making in-store purchases on their store receipts.
Points balances are not available online.

Denor Homewares Loyalty Club Points
do not expire.

Denor Homewares Loyalty Club Points will not be earned
on the purchase of a Denor Homewares gift voucher and cannot be redeemed to
buy a Denor Homewares gift voucher. However Denor Homewares Loyalty Club points may be earned
when using Denor Homewares gift vouchers for payment for Eligible Purchases.

Individual
Denor Homewares Loyalty Club members start out at either Bronze or
Senior-Bronze moving to Gold-Platinum or Senior-Gold-Platinum as
more points are gained. Different tiers of membership attract different
entitlements. Denor Homewares reserves the right to change the
tiers of membership, the qualifications for joining or remaining in
a tier and the membership entitlements for each tier, from time to
time.

Local Business Loyalty Club members enjoy an
immediate significant discount upon joining, but do not move through
the discount tiers.

Denor Homewares Loyalty Club Points cannot be redeemed
for cash.

Refunds for
goods purchased using a Denor Homewares Loyalty Club Card in accordance with
Denor Homewares Refunds and Exchange policy will have any Denor Homewares
Loyalty Club Points earned for the original purchase deducted from
the Denor Homewares Loyalty Club account.

information for the purposes of the Privacy Act - see
Terms and
Conditions under the
Questions and Answers tab for more details.

Personal information will only be
used for the purpose of the Denor Homewares Loyalty Club and by
Denor Homewares, and third party
printing companies for marketing and promotion of products sold /
supplied by Denor Homewares.

Your Denor Homewares Loyalty Club online password must
not be disclosed to any other person.

Denor Homewares reserves the right to suspend
or terminate the Denor Homewares Loyalty Club at any time by providing not less than
90 days notice to members delivered to the members last known point
of contact or by public notice on the Denor Homewares web site.

Membership in the Denor Homewares
Loyalty Club may be
terminated immediately by Denor Homewares if Denor Homewares has reasonable grounds to
suspect that a Denor Homewares Loyalty Club member has shoplifted or defrauded
Denor Homewares or the Denor Homewares Loyalty Club in any way.

Denor Homewares may terminate any membership of
the Denor Homewares Loyalty Club without notice, if the relevant member – 1. Fails to
comply with these Terms and Conditions, 2. Engages in misleading
conduct in connection with the Denor Homewares Loyalty Club; or 3. The member does not
use his or her membership card for a period of 12 months, or dies or
becomes bankrupt.

A member may terminate his or her
membership in the Denor Homewares Loyalty Club at any time by giving written notice to
Denor Homewares.

All Denor Homewares Loyalty Club cards remain the
property of Denor Homewares.

Denor Homewares is not responsible for stolen
or lost Denor Homewares Loyalty Club Cards. Please report all lost or stolen cards
immediately and Denor Homewares will issue you with a new card.

To the extent permitted by law, any
liability that Denor Homewares may have to a member in any way to the
Denor Homewares Loyalty Club whether for negligence, breach of contract or otherwise is
limited by – 1. In the case of any claim relating to points, to
crediting the relevant number of points to the member’s account; and
2. In any other case, to a maximum of $.10 for each point in the
member’s account at the time the liability arose.

Denor Homewares may make any changes at any
time in its absolute discretion, to these Terms and Conditions.
Denor Homewares will endeavour to provide at least 90 days notice of any such
changes.

Where Denor Homewares is required to give
notice under these Terms and Conditions, notice may be given by
written/email notice direct to the last known contact of Denor
Homewares Loyalty Club
members, or with the Terms and Conditions here.

Denor Homewares may
suspend or cancel the membership of any Denor Homewares Loyalty Club Member with
overdue payments owing on lay-bys or accounts.
